DrivenData believes in helping our customers as much as possible and has a simple cancellation policy.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made in writing (email acceptable once it has been acknowledged by us) within one full week (seven days) of placing an order. After this period the full quarterly fee will be liable.
If a customer feels that the product received is not as shown or described on the site he or she must bring this complaint to the notice of DrivenData within 24 hours of receipt or download of data. A senior DrivenData manager will adjudicate as to the validity of the complaint. Our policy is to be fair and reasonable with all customers.
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our seven day money-back guarantee. If the product fails to provide the service that you specified at the time of taking out the contract and our investigation confirms this we shall issue a full refund.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven days of your purchase and tell us why you are requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to improve our products and quality of service on a continual basis. Refunds will not be provided for services delivered in full that meet order specifications. Refund payments will be processed within 21 days.
